This sensor is capable of measuring forces in both tension and compression. The load cell is machined from 4140 steel, and is supplied with a metal housing, providing mechanical protection for the sensing section. A side mounted industrial connector is supplied for easy cable connection.This cell is designed for direct attachment to hydraulic actuators.

This sensor incorporates a welded diaphragm system that isolates the sensor from extraneous forces and bending moments. The 10254 may be used in tension or compression and is fatigue resistant.
