Model 10153 is a VHO (Very High Overload) protected sensor. The VHO series load cells are also designed in a modular fashion which permits two cells of different capacities to be tandem mounted, forming a dual range force sensor. In this manner, high accuracy measurements can be made. The center hub on the active end of the load cell is free to rotate. The normal application of the non-protected cell (10154) is the larger capacity in a dual range modular assembly.
