Lake Orion, MI – Sensor Developments Inc. is pleased to announce a a new QC audit system for monitoring the torque levels of air and DC power tools. Our new model 90337 combines our rotary socket torque sensor with integrated optical encoder and our portable hand held peak torque meter to obtain fast, accurate readings of peak torques and angles. Auto-ID makes set-up easy with it's automatic loading of calibration values and proper unit of measure. Torque ranges available from 50 to 2400in-lbs (5.6 to 271.1Nm), with square or hex drives.

System Features Include:

Rugged torque sensors with capacities from in-oz to hundreds of ft-lb.
Plug and play, single button, user-friendly instrument. Tracking and instantaneous readout of torque.
Detecting and holding peak torque values.
1024 optical encoder
AutoID eliminates having to enter calibration constants.
Calibration data is programmed into the sensor itself. The calibration is always up to date, accurate, and totally convenient.
AC powered or long-life battery powered with auto shut off.
Supplied with an ISO - 17025 accredited torque calibration
