| Lake Orion, MI - Sensor Developments model 10293-450 Pinch Force Sensor, uses interchangeable spring packs and adjustable initial gaps to allow the checking of these power operated systems. In operation, the sensor is clipped onto the window and the closer actuated. A companion instrument records the peak force developed to verify compliance to the specification. Standard capacities for the sensor are forces up to 200 Newtons, Spring rates from 2 to 65 N/mm, and displacements from 6 to 200 mm. Sensor may also be mated to more sophisticated instrumentation for development applications.
