Press Release - Digital FM Telemetry System transmits signals to a remote receiver up to 100 feet away...
Lake Orion, MI –  Sensor Developments Inc. is pleased to introduce it’s new digital FM telemetry system. The system is designed to be used with full-bridge, strain gage sensors and consists of a miniature transmitter powered by a 9V battery, and a receiver with digital display, high-level analog and RS-232 outputs. The digital transmission technique eliminates most problems associated with traditional, analog frequency modulated telemetry systems.  

The Digital FM System features:

  • 12 bit analog to digital conversion
  • Receiver Analog output = ± 5Vdc
  • RS-232 serial output
  • Good data relay signal outputs
  • Sample rate = 1250 Samples per second
  • Low pass filter = 300Hz, 4-pole Butterworth type.
  • Carrier Frequency = 900MHz
  • Options include shaft collar, encoder input.
  • Custom configurations available.
