  --Airbag Compatible Steering Effort Torque Sensors
Lake Orion, MI – Sensor Developments Inc. has developed a FM telemetry steering effort sensor that offers continuous, non-contact torque data from a low mass rotating steering sensor. The system also features a 7,200 PPR encoder, with selectable high and low resolution for various steering ranges.

The system features your choice from one of three torque capacities including 200, 500, and 1,000 in-lbs., a FM transmitter and receiver to transmit and capture the torque signal, and encoder which directly attaches to the windshield and is driven with a gear drive chain.
